Refund Policy

Overview

Ready Rifle is committed to a transparent and fair purchasing experience. Because all firearms are subject to federal law governing transfers and cannot be returned by mail once transferred through a licensed FFL dealer, our refund policy reflects those legal realities while still protecting our customers.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Cancellations Before Transfer

If you wish to cancel your order before your firearm has been transferred to your local FFL dealer, please contact us immediately at Support@ReadyRifle.us.

Cancellations requested before the firearm ships to your FFL dealer will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We will do our best to accommodate your request. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

All Sales Final After Transfer

Once a firearm has been transferred through a licensed FFL dealer, it cannot be returned or refunded under federal law. This applies regardless of the reason for the return request.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final upon transfer of the firearm at your local FFL dealer.

Manufacturer Defects

If you receive a firearm with a manufacturer defect, Ready Rifle will work with you to resolve the issue. Here is how we handle manufacturer defects:

  • Contact us at Support@ReadyRifle.us with a detailed description and photos of the defect
  • We will assist you in filing a warranty claim directly with the manufacturer
  • We will advocate on your behalf and follow up with the manufacturer throughout the process
  • If the manufacturer is unable to resolve the defect, we will escalate the matter and work with you toward an appropriate resolution

Ready Rifle does not manufacture firearms and cannot be held responsible for manufacturer defects. However, we will not leave you to handle it alone.

Non-Firearm Items

For accessories and non-firearm items included in your package (hearing protection, optics, cases, etc.), please contact us within 30 days of receipt if there is a defect or issue. We will work with you to make it right.

Transfer Fees

Transfer fees are paid directly to your local FFL dealer and are not collected by Ready Rifle. These fees are non-refundable regardless of the outcome of your order.
