Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order with Ready Rifle. By using our website or placing an order you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a rifle from Ready Rifle. You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase a handgun. You must be legally eligible to own a firearm under all applicable federal and state laws. By placing an order you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.
Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment is due at the time of purchase. All prices are listed in US dollars.
FFL Transfer Process
All firearms are transferred through a licensed FFL dealer in your area. Ready Rifle does not ship firearms directly to customers. You are responsible for completing the federal background check — Form 4473 — at your local FFL dealer at the time of pickup. Ready Rifle is not responsible for transfer fees charged by the receiving FFL dealer. Ready Rifle is not responsible for delays caused by the federal background check process.
State Compliance
Ready Rifle ships only to states where our products are legally permitted. If your state has specific requirements — including but not limited to magazine capacity restrictions, waiting periods, or licensing requirements — we will make necessary adjustments to your order and notify you of any changes. Ready Rifle reserves the right to cancel any order that cannot be legally fulfilled in the purchaser’s state of residence.
Returns and Cancellations
Due to the regulated nature of firearm sales, all sales are final once the transfer process has been initiated. If you wish to cancel an order before it has shipped please contact us immediately at Support@ReadyRifle.us. We will make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests made before shipment.
Limitation of Liability
Ready Rifle is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of your order.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Ready Rifle operates.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
