Where is my order?
Once your order is placed we begin coordinating your local FFL dealer. This typically takes 1–2 business days. Once your dealer is confirmed we'll email you with their information and next steps. When your firearm arrives at the dealer we'll email you again immediately with pickup instructions.
What is a transfer fee and how much is it?
A transfer fee is charged by your local FFL dealer for receiving and processing your firearm. It typically ranges from $20–$50. We confirm the exact fee with your dealer before finalizing anything — so you'll know the number before you ever walk in. Transfer fees are paid directly to the dealer at pickup and are not collected by Ready Rifle.
What do I need to bring to pick up my firearm?
Your valid government-issued photo ID — the same one that matches the address on your order. The dealer will have you complete a Form 4473, which is a standard federal background check form. We send you a plain-language explanation of what's on it before you arrive so there are no surprises.
How do I pick up my firearm at the dealer?
When your firearm arrives at your local dealer we'll email you with their address, hours, and everything you need to know. We'll also offer to book your pickup appointment for you. When you arrive just tell them you're there to pick up a transfer from Ready Rifle, show your ID, complete the Form 4473, pay the transfer fee, and take your firearm home.
Can you ship to my state?
We ship to all US states and territories where our products are legally permitted. If your state has specific requirements — such as magazine capacity restrictions — we make the necessary adjustments to your order and tell you exactly what changed and why. If you're in a US territory or have questions about your specific location, email us and we'll confirm eligibility before you order.
Can I return my firearm?
Once a firearm has been transferred through an FFL dealer it cannot be returned by mail under federal law. If there is a manufacturer defect or functional issue with your firearm please contact us immediately at Support@ReadyRifle.us and we will work with you to make it right.
Do you sell firearms that aren't on your website?
Yes — we handle custom orders for any legal firearm purchase. Email us with what you're looking for and we'll source it, price it fairly, and handle the entire process the same way we handle our standard packages. See the Custom Orders section above for more details.
